It's always a good idea to have a second charger on standby in case your first charger is damaged or simply to make sure all your batteries are charged and ready for use. Skil's batteries are sensitive to voltage and amp requirements so use only the proper Skil charger for your Skil products. --C. Dwight Barnett

I use alot of different tools and this is the best charger for all the work I do. V-E-R-Y G-O-O-D CHARGER!!!!!!!!

Throw away those cheap chargers that come with the tools. Works fast and even brought back a battery what wouldn't hold a charge with the little charger.

Having used the charger only twice in the 30 days I have had it, I am happy with it. It appears to work well with the batteries for which it is designed.
