Disappointed in this drill. I used it less than three months & it would not work. I returned the drill to Skil and they replaced the battery. Now in less than five months the battery will not take a charge. The battery costs almost as much to replace as the drill. Skil used to be a trusted name in tools but I would like to send it back to China. I hope I can replace it with a drill made in the USA.

I remodeled my kitchen with this drill, it works great. Its the perfect drill for most every job and has a cool light you can use when your screwing in dark areas, the price on amazon is kinda high though. I got it on sale for less than $50, it is very powerful and doesnt bogg down when drilling. stAYS charged for long jobs and have to night battery gauge so you know ahead of time if you have to charge soon and put other stuff off during your job

This is a nice little drill. Light, compact, powerful. The lithium battery will hopefully last much longer than the old, hazardous ni-cad's I am used to.

One gotcha with this particular item is that it does NOT come with a spare battery, so it is not as good a deal as the price would lead you to expect.
