Ryobi Tek4 5 Pc. Combo Kit 4-volt Lithium Ion Tools (Retail Package)

This was a great tool package. I had aleady bought the cell phone charger and their dual charger unit in the hardware store to keep my droid stuffed full. When I started seeing the other tools I went ahead and got the 5 tool kit based on my expectations on the cellphone charger I already owned.

Set your expectations at what you would get in a dewalt tool for $100 then proceed.

This kit has 5 tools, 2 batteries, and one charger for $100. I took off one star because they use screw on caps to hold the batteries in place and the threads are plastic which I see as a long term failure issue. NOTE the handheld pistol grip tools use a bayonet holder instead which is better designed!

I'd have to agree with the other reviewer of the mobile power unit. It basically sucks. The 80 hours of standby should read more like 8 minutes. However when there is no power to be had, this thing is better than nothing. The flashlight, however, ROCKS!!! This is by far the brightest flashlight I have ever owned, and I have a lot of flashlights. It's rugged, and holds a charge very well. The rapid charger is also a plus. I like the fact that you are able to charge two batteries at the same time. Same goes for the electric screwdriver. Torquey little guy.

Everything in this kit is excellent. The snipper in my kit is not very good. However, that being said, everything else is perfect. I think it is worth it for the flashlight, travel charger, and headset alone! This is such a great kit for the price, and such a great kit period
