Batteries last about a year and Ridgid will not replace them. They will however make you wait on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a customer service rep who will be completely unhelpful.

the drill and driver are great, I have enjoyed them very much, I was disapointed that the combo back did not include the bag as listed and shown.

this product is way to high on price home depot has the same product for 150 and it comes with the tote bag that it shows in the pic. so anyone looking at this product save yourself a 100 dollors and get free shiping at home depot.
