Comment: The first unit I received had clearly been a return and only had one battery pack, so I returned it.

The next unit Amazon shipped also looked like it had been used/opened, but at least it had two batteries. However, *both* batteries are defective; when plugged into the charger the light just blinks red (so maybe it's the charger; who knows). The batteries have enough charge to spin the drill; I can feel a vibration as it spins, indicating the axis is off-center.

The build-quality and quality control on these items are completely absent. I recommend steering clear of this worthless 'brand' of tools.

Comment: I bought this drill because my 12-volt Black & Decker cordless drill/driver needed a battery replacement which would have cost about $25-$30. I had no issues with the B&D but wanted to get something that was more compact with better battery life and since I had to purchase a battery anyway I thought I may as well go for something new. The PowerSmith has met all my expectations - light, compact, powerful, and excellent battery life. Like everyone has said the carry bag is kind of cheesy but to me it's sufficient. Plus with two batteries you don't have to worry about delaying a project.

Comment: The size of the tool is nice that's way I bought the tools . But I used them very little and the swicth for the tools all went out so I have three tools that don't work

Comment: When i purchased this i had my reservations. But low and behold it was a relief to use a drill with power and not have to switch batteries as often as i have in the past. So to be quite frank i would recommend the drill to any one, thats looking for power and duration .
