DOES NOT COME WITH BATTERY OR CHARGER!!!!! be very careful buying this product. they do not advertise very boldly about it but it does not come with the battery or charger or anything..so you just get a drill that you can not use and the battery cost more than the drill so you are better off buying the combo pack that comes with the drill, case, and two batteries and charger which is CHEAPER than buying the drill and battery separate...again drill does not come with battery so you can't use it when you get it!

I have several of these and have been very happy with the power and duration of the battery, this from the owner of a set of 36 volt yellow tools. This listing is for a bare drill, you can get the set with charger and two batteries elsewhere on Amazon for around $83 which is an excellent value compared to various name brands.

i have bought 2 and i use them everyday in my business which is siding and screen enclosers its light and easy to carry with you and the battery last almost all day
