Battery is a little expensive compare to the other regular batteries but it is very strong and last 2 to 3 times longer. Also it holds the charge for weeks at the time with no problem. I was thinking of buying more batteries for spares but I have done several jobs with just one and not had any problems. Got the battery from Amazon in just a couple of days and as always I get great service from them.

I use my Porter-Cable cordless drill/driver a lot. I have two batteries so work is never interupted for charging. One of my batteries gave out after two years of use. I found this replacement unit, with twice the punch, on Amazon. It works exactly as advertised and makes a great tool even better.

I've used this battery for some time. Holds the charge "forever" and is at least a pound or two less than the other Ni-Cads I have. Saves on the wrists and arms when you're working tight spots (church pews for instance)! GREAT price. Too bad I haven't got the shekels for buying another at this point!! If you're considering ... pull "the trigger" NOW!!!
