The battery pack itself was delivered on time and fully charged. I have used and recharged it once so far. However, a warning; Crafstman indicates this is a compatible unit to the original but in fact the part of the case that extends into the dril (the "thumb") has a plastic ridge extending about 1/2 way up, but the drill does not have the correspond channel. I had anticipated something like this, so I kept my dead battery pack and just swapped out the external cover with the original. Local battery rebuilders wanter $45 to rebuild so this was about a $10 saving. It works now; for how long? TBD
