It gets one start only because I can't enter a negative value. Within a year of little to no use ,the battery spontaneously combusted, while not in use. Luckily I caught the smoke out of the corner of my eye. Had to use a hammer to remove the battery from the drill. Threw the battery into a bucket of water to stop it from smoking. When I sent the battery in for warranty replacement Milwaukee said they wouldn't replace the battery because "it had water damage" hmmmmmmm. I will never buy a Milwaukee tool again, horrible customer service and support. If you have any of these batteries be careful, it was some chemical reaction as that the tool was not in use.
