This review is from: Makita 632002-4 7.2-Volt Ni-Cad Rechargeable Battery (Tools & Home Improvement)
I have owned the 7.2V drill since they first came out (orange) with wonderful results. sometimes 10 and 12 hours a day. Why cant I get replacement battery cells? and why is makita moving away from this fine line of tools. 9.6V is fine too but larger and heavier. why do the battery packs cost the same 7.2V and 9.6V.

If you have an older Makita cordless drill and want to keep it for awhile this is a good price for the increasingly hard to find NiCD battery. Made in Japan.

These 7.2 volt batteries are impossible to find in stores. Great to be able to locate one easily on Amazon. Fast service from supplier and a new actual Makita product, not a substitute. Order with confidence.
