Comment: Yes, there are a few minor cosmetic issues with Reonditioned tools but they work just fine. Great price for an 18V set: drill, charger, flashlight and 2 large Lithium batteries.

Comment: I received this reconditioned Ryobi Lithium Ion drill kit in like new condition. I am very pleased with these tools. The Lithium Ion batteries are awesome. Too bad they are so expensive.

Comment: The drill was fine. However, one of the batteries is useless. When I tried to change the battery, I charged the other one, but it failed to work. Very disappointing.

Comment: I began using the "looks like new" drill immediately and could not be more pleased with the purchase. It has the power that I need and the battery life is so much better than previous ni-cad drill that I had. This is my first Ryobi product and I liked it so well that I had my wife get me the Ryobi impact driver for my birthday which is compatible with the Lithium Ion batteries. I highly recommend this product.

Comment: I love the tool but am very disappointed that what I received was defective -- not an as-new refurbished Ryobi but one with a damaged head which started to slip badly soon after it arrived ... but not soon enough to make it inside of the all-too-brief Return Window.
So now I either have a useless piece of junk (OK, two batteries and a flashlight in a bag) or have to waste time and money trying to get replacement parts and/or repair.
Shame on Amazon.com for selling misrepresented merchandise.
