These made-by-manufacturer batteries put more power back into my family's Black & Decker cordless tools (drill, saw, flashlight). All NiMH batteries lose some capacity over time with use and sitting in the charger, which saps power from the cordless tools (which are on the low-power side to start with). These OEM batteries did the trick to revitalize the tools and were available from this seller at price cheaper than I was able to find at the hardware stores.

Price slightly high, and postage to UK is also high, just a pity that amazon UK do not stock these batterries, when we have a perfectly good Black and Decker factory outside Slough (M4 J6 London), who make the relevant Chargers. Unfortunately, they are impossible to find on the Internet, and are also devoid of 'phone no. Now for the better news. I used this pair of batterries, straight from the packet, for over 6hrs, soon after they arrived, and was still yet using 'em on extreme heavy drilling of load-bearing walls, and equally heavy screwing on the same job,still yet a few hrs yesterday. This job would otherwise have needed a mains hammer-drill. I had to quit on the final drill hole yesterday, when these batteries finally ran flat. The previous standard Silver model were no match for such a job. They were extremely well packed, as necessary for a trans-Atlantic journey, and arrived in record time, as normal for amazonUK.
