This battery is an exact replacement for the Makita 7.2V cordless drill battery. It charges quickly in the Makita charger, and holds its charge even better than the brand name Makita battery. And, it's so affordable, you should go ahead and get two. I highly recommend it.

Much cheaper than the Makita Battery but work just as well. My drill is bake in service and I'm happy.

This is the second time I have complained about not getting what was ordered. Oct.6, 2010 I ordered Makita Battery on Amazon.com. My Bank paid Amazon Mktplace Pmts Amzn. com/billwa on Oct.07,2010 . Bank paid $24.43. Today is Nov.8, 2010
NO BATTERY has been received. Will call my bank on Tuesday about stop payment.
